Rick Bonetti

Rick Bonetti has the resources to assist you with every aspect of the real estate process from state-of-the-art computerized listing resources to selecting inspectors, lenders and escrow companies. My commitment to customer service helps buyers and/or sellers move through the complex and often time-consuming process in an efficient, timely and hassle-free manner. I have earned a reputation among my peers for innovative marketing and astute negotiating skills.
Rick is a rare "Saratoga native" and second generation Realtor who attended Saratoga Grammar School and Los Gatos High. He received his Bachelor's degree at San Jose State and his Master's degree at UCLA. He has deep family roots in California dating back to the early rancho days and is a third generation Santa Clara Valley resident.
With more than 30 years experience in the real estate profession, including designing and building custom homes, Rick provides a solid track record. He knows the local market conditions.
His experience includes serving as Vice President, Marketing and Sales for MCO Properties for nearly 10 years were he had management responsibility for a real estate brokerage. In addition he has held important marketing positions for Kapalua Land Company; The Irvine Company; and Valencia Corporation. For 6 years he designed and built luxury custom homes as a general contractor, licensed in Arizona.
Rick is also among the top 5% of Santa Clara County and Alain Pinel Realtors.
Rick lives in Los Gatos with his wife Lynne and is the proud parent of four children and six grandchildren..
